Energy efficient HVAC systems for maintenance microclimate

During the second half of 2015 TANGRA completed the installations of Abrites OOD’s administrative and production building in Sofia. The production plant will be specialized in the assembling of electronic modules.

The design and building assignment involved heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems for production section, offices and auxiliary premises. The main task of the design process was to achieve conformity with the regulatory requirements for microclimate, while maintaining the optimum capital investments/energy costs ratio.

The frequency inverters are increasingly used in ventilation, air conditioning and heating. According to international studies, between 65% and 70% of electricity is consumed by building asynchroned drives on fans and pumps with constant speed.
The design of systems for ventilation, air conditioning and heating is based on the maximum occupancy of the buildings. In everyday life,

High efficency heating and ventilation of the canning company “Palirria” Nova Zagora

One of the projects where a good cooperation has been reached between the customer who knows what he wants, designer and performer who can do it, is a new canning enterprise “Palirriya”.

The factory is a new investment of “Palirria Bulgaria” and as a result of experience gained they were able to prepare a precise specification. One of their requirements was the recuperation (recovery) of energy from the exhausted air.

The technological process is connected with intensive discharge of heat and moisture from certain work stations. Local suction helps the air exchange to be minimized, but still the ventilated air from the general circulation ventilation is more than 24 000 m³ / h.

Air Conditioning and ventilation systems of Hall 272  in the Law Faculty of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”

Hall 272 at Sofia University became “oddly” popular during the student occupation in autumn of 2013. Actually, it is the largest lecture hall in Alma Mater, with a capacity of 715 seats. The student exams hold in it, the rectors select there and the future lawyers of Bulgaria prepare.
